Photo Filter Effects

Both of the following images are from bridal portraits taken at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, in Belmont, NC. I applied a filter to give them a soft 'fantasy' effect. You really must see the full sized versions of the images in order to see the details.

Website Update

I recently updated my main website. The site should be cleaner, more attractive and easier to navigate. Also, the images are bigger, sharper, and represent the quality of my work more accurately. There are a couple new features including an advanced 'Online Ordering' introduction page which should make it easier and faster for clients to find their event.

Please note: the update does not affect the weddings section of my website. Feel free to post comments or criticisms, or to point out bugs or issues.

Special Remote Camera -

The special remote camera captures a wedding from a unique perspective. The camera is unmanned, and located in front of the wedding ceremony. The camera is small and unobtrusive, and does not use a flash, so there is no distraction. But the results are fantastic - a unique view of the wedding. Here are a few of my favorite examples:

Chantal & Anthony - Engagement Portrait Session

This past weekend I photographed an engagement portrait session for Chantal and Anthony in Fuquay Varina, NC. They are getting married on September 27th, 2008 on Bald Head Island off the coast of North Carolina. Bald Head Island is one of my favorite locations for a wedding, and I am very much looking forward to shooting there.

Jamie & Jacob - Mooresville, NC

Jamie and Jacob were married on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at Berea Baptist Church in Mooresville, NC. Their reception took place at the Quarry at Carrigan Farms, also in Mooresville.
